True 4‑day work week schedule and the option to choose your ideal mix of OB:GYN with as much OR time as you want
Exceptional call and patient management with the support from OB hospitalist group, neonatalogists, and OB ED group
Compensation & Benefits
Highly competitive two‑year base salary guarantee plus wRVU bonuses – average earners are making $534K, high‑producers are making $800K+
$50k signing bonus, $10k relocation stipend, and a robust residency/fellowship stipend
