* Degree in Finance, Business, Data Analytics, or related field.* Experience with AML metrics, dashboards, data analysis, and regulatory reporting.* Advanced Excel, data visualization, and analytical skills.* Ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively.* Excellent relationship building and stakeholder management skills* Ability to execute tasks under aggressive targets and effectively manage to change in plan* Strong initiative, energy and confidence completing projects with limited supervision* Values matter to you.
