Job Description Position Purpose:

The Lifecycle Leader will be responsible for executing all documentation, processes, and strategic activities required for the successful recompete of existing contracts. This role will coordinate closely with other growth-focused teams to identify, develop, propose, and implement annual scope expansion opportunities with existing clients. Additionally, the Lifecycle Leader will play a key role in driving client satisfaction initiatives, ensuring long-term relationships and contract retention. This position will have no direct reports and will report to the Vice President of Sales.

Primary Duties/Responsibilities:

Contract Recompete Execution:

Manages contract recompete processes, interprets RFP requirements for compliance and competitive positioning, oversees proposal preparation and operational plans, and ensures timely delivery of all required materials.

Scope Expansion Coordination:

Partners with business development and operations growth teams to identify annual scope expansion opportunities, develops and presents proposals for additional services or upgrades, and coordinates implementation of approved expansions to ensure seamless integration.

Client Satisfaction Support:

Serves as a point of contact for key clients, implements client feedback mechanisms to monitor satisfaction, addresses concerns promptly, and supports initiatives that enhance service quality and overall client experience.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Works closely with operations, finance, legal, and compliance teams to align recompete and expansion strategies with company objectives, and ensures all processes are standardized, documented, and continuously improved.

Performance Management:

Tracks KPIs for recompete success rates, scope expansion revenue, and client satisfaction scores, identifies opportunities for process improvements, and supports training and development initiatives.

Qualifications Education/Experience/Background:

High School Diploma/GED is required.

Significant experience applying project management principles to complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.

Demonstrated success in managing client expectations and maintaining strong relationships over long-term contracts.

Experience with Request for Proposal (RFP) interpretation and facilitation in the recompete process.

Experience working with large utility organizations, including but not limited to water and wastewater sectors, is highly desirable.

Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams through proposal development, contract negotiations, and service delivery.

Additional Information Pay Range:

$120,000 to $160,000 per year.
