The Senior Accountant will own the assigned functional areas and be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records in accordance with accounting standards and internal policies. Additional responsibilities include identifying and supporting process improvement initiatives, supporting in the preparation of annual financial statements and tax returns, and supporting various compliance requests. This role requires strong workpaper documentation and Excel skills, process optimization ability, analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Responsibilities

Summary of Duties: • Prepare monthly journal entries, account reconciliations, and reporting for areas such as inventory, prepayments, expense and revenue accruals, employee benefits and travel, debt, fixed assets, leases, investments, cash transactions, and other unique transactions. • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and analytics using Excel and Power BI. • Maintain financial information in compliance with U.S. GAAP, FASB standards, applicable regulations, and internal control requirements. • Support the implementation of new accounting standards, policies, and procedures. • Contribute to ERP and process improvement initiatives to enhance automation and strengthen internal controls. • Assist with audit coordination, including preparation of work papers and supporting documentation. • Document accounting process narratives and streamline Excel workbooks for efficiency. • Perform other related duties and ad-hoc analyses as assigned. Qualifications

Required Experience (3+ years): • Bachelor’s degree in accounting. • Inventory accounting (e.g. understanding of overhead allocation, inventory reserve, etc.) • 3+ years of accounting experience. • Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and general accounting principles. • Results-driven with demonstrated successful outcomes. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration tools; advanced Excel skills required. • Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work both independently and • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Preferred Experience: • Experience with Oracle EBS Financials and MS Power BI. • Ability to influence without direct authority. • Flexibility to work extended hours when needed.
