What You Will Accomplish:
Source and engage passive candidates through LinkedIn, GitHub, Boolean search, social channels, and alternative sourcing methods.
Build and maintain strong top-of-funnel pipelines for technical roles (engineering, product, and design).
Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to deeply understand role requirements, success profiles, and team needs.
Craft personalized outreach messages that reflect our brand, values, and tone.
Conduct initial screens to assess candidate fit and interest.
Maintain clean, accurate data in the ATS; track pipeline metrics and share insights with stakeholders.
Execute talent market research to identify trends, competitive intel, and opportunities to diversify talent pools. Ongoing improvements to sourcing strategy, tools, and processes.
Represent the company professionally and thoughtfully in all candidate interactions.
What We Are Looking For:
1–3+ years of experience sourcing technical talent in‑house or in an agency environment, ideally at a high‑growth tech company or startup.
Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean/X‑ray search techniques, and candidate engagement best practices
Experience with tools including LinkedIn Recruiter, Lever ATS, Gem, GitHub, etc.
Experience building pipelines for engineering and other hard‑to‑fill technical roles
Excellent communication skills—clear, concise, and personalized in outreach
A data‑minded approach to tracking and iterating on sourcing effectiveness
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment
Collaborative, curious, and excited to help build exceptional teams
