We are seeking a skilled
Senior Technical M365 Architect
for Post-Migration Onsite Support Specialist to provide hands‑on assistance to end‑users across multiple locations following Microsoft 365 migration. This is a
travel‑intensive role
requiring strong troubleshooting skills for M365 workloads, excellent customer service, and the ability to resolve technical issues promptly.

In this role, you will:
Provide onsite support to end-users post-M365 migration across designated locations.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Email (Exchange Online), OneDrive for Business, SharePoint Online, Teams, and other M365 apps.
Assist users with client configuration (Outlook, OneDrive sync, Teams setup) and profile setup and authentication issues.
Diagnose and resolve network-related blocks impacting M365 services.
Escalate complex issues to Level 2/3 support teams when necessary.
Document and report recurring issues for continuous improvement.
Provide end-user training and guidance on M365 features and best practices.
Maintain compliance with organizational security and data protection policies.
What you’ll need to succeed (required skills)
Strong experience in Microsoft 365 troubleshooting (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams).
Ability to identify and resolve network connectivity issues.
Excellent problem‑solving and communication skills.
Customer‑focused with a proactive approach.
Willingness to travel extensively across multiple locations.
Microsoft 365 Certified: Modern Desktop Administrator Associate.
Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (MS-900).
Travel Requirement This is a traveling role; candidates must be comfortable with frequent travel to different client sites.
