The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract drafting and review and will be responsible for overseeing a broad range of legal matters to ensure the company’s operations comply with all applicable laws and regulations. The Corporate Counsel will also provide legal guidance in areas such as risk management, commercial transactions, intellectual property, and regulatory compliance within the food industry.**Duties and Responsibilities****:*** **Contract Drafting and Review:**
+ Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of contracts, including supply agreements, distribution agreements, vendor contracts, manufacturing agreements, confidentiality agreements, and purchase agreements.* **Records Management**:
+ Responsible for implementing and maintaining records management policies and processes across the organization.* **Risk Management:**
+ Provide proactive legal advice on risk management, intellectual property protection, and business operations to safeguard the company’s interests.* **General Legal Support:**
+ Provide legal support for various departments, including HR, operations, and marketing, with a focus on food industry legal matters.* **Training and Education:**
