Weight Wellness Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant

We are seeking a WeightWellness Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our thriving outpatient primary care practice in a beautiful, state‑of‑the‑art facility located just 45 minutes from Providence, RI, and south of Boston.
Compensation:
$110,000–$135,000 annually Benefits:
FMV compensation, sign-on bonus & relocation (negotiable), robust benefits package, CME allowance, PTO, and retirement
Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive weight wellness assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Manage chronic conditions related to obesity, including diabetes, hypertension, and metabolic disorders
Offer ongoing counseling, education, and support to patients regarding nutrition, lifestyle, and behavior modification
Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans accordingly
Collaborate closely with physicians, dietitians, and wellness staff to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate, thorough, and timely documentation
Qualifications
Board‑certified Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
Active MA state licensure
