Responsibilities
Provide expert advice and oversight to facility management and line staff.
Ensure systems maintain efficient operation to safely meet residents’ needs in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.

Continuing Education
Qualifications
Previous Director of Nursing and/or Nurse Consulting experience for a Skilled Nursing Facility.
Understanding of CMS regulations and experience with the survey process.
Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Ability to travel to assignments.
Ongoing pursuit of Continuing Education Credits in clinical, management, and personal development.
Working knowledge of infection control principles.
Ability to plan, organize, implement, and interpret programs, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures for quality care.
Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, and interpersonal).
Basic computer literacy.
Decision‑making and analytical skills.
Positive, collaborative interaction with employees, residents, family, and external agencies.
