Join the Howard Head Team - Where Elite Care Meets Mountain Living Howard Head Sports Medicine (HHSM), in partnership with Vail Health, is looking for a dedicated and motivated Physical Therapist to join our team located at the
Vail Howard Head Clinic . This position offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care to a wide variety of patients— including orthopedic, post-surgical, geriatric, active lifestyle, and athletic patients—within a state-of-the-art outpatient environment in the heart of Vail.

What You'll Do
Evaluate patients using appropriate tests and measurements to determine level of function and create individualized treatment plans
Establish physical therapy interventions based on physician orders and patient goals
Deliver competent and safe therapy techniques in accordance with best practices
Ensure continuity of care through effective communication with other providers
Document patient progress and submit billing in a timely manner
Provide patient/family education on home programs and self-care strategies
Participate in clinical instruction and mentoring of PT/PTA students
Represent HHSM in community events and professional engagements
Float between various HHSM locations within Eagle County as needed
Must be HIPAA compliant and demonstrate the values of aJust Culture
Who You Are
Licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Colorado, or hold a valid PT Compact Privilege
Hold a current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Committed to evidence-based practice and clinical growth
Comfortable working in different clinic environments and adapting to team needs
