Provide guidance and support to candidates throughout the hiring process.
Prepare and present detailed candidate profiles to clients.
Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in the internal database.
Stay informed about trends and developments in the business services industry to better serve clients.
Profile A successful Recruitment Consultant should have:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client and candidate relationships.
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
Knowledge of the business services industry and recruitment processes.
Proficiency in utilizing recruitment tools and platforms.
