Oversee clinical and administrative operations in a mental health setting. Full-time position located onsite in Harlem, NY, with a Monday to Friday schedule. Proficiency in generic office software is required. Requirements
Licensed as (LMSW, LMHC, LCSW, or Psychologist) OR holds an advanced or master level CASAC certification. Master's Degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology. 4–6 years of experience in substance use and/or mental health treatment. 3–5 years of administrative/supervisory experience in addiction and/or mental health. Proficient in generic office software and electronic health records. Completion of Clinical Supervision Foundations I & II within one year of hire. Qualifications
Knowledge of evidence-based treatments and managed care principles. Understanding of federal, state, and local regulations for substance abuse treatment. Experience in policy implementation and monitoring. Familiarity with confidentiality and privacy regulations. Strong leadership and communication skills. Ability to manage and supervise staff effectively. Willingness to obtain Seminar in Field Instructions (SIFI) within one year if applicable.
