Pay Range:
The pay range for this job is $85000 - $161444 annually; actual pay is dependent on experience and geographic location.

Position Overview As part of the Product Management team, this individual will partner with the Design, Merchandising, Technical Design, Sourcing Offices, Factories & Mills to ensure the integrity of product from sample to bulk production. This individual will partner closely with leadership to evaluate opportunities, define strategic priorities, and ensure alignment between the brands long term vision and its business objectives.
Create and maintain Air table seasonal base throughout product lifecycle – work closely with Design and Fabric teams to receive updates and communicate to cross functional teams in timely manner
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress against strategic and product objectives
Support executive presentations, board materials, and annual strategy reviews
Translate data-driven insights into actionable recommendations for executive decision-making
Drive the optimized lead-times and activities from development to store
Partner with Product Testing team to ensure design execution meets Product Standards/RL requirements
Work closely with team to maintain development and production costing for products, ensure all costs are updated, accurate and communicated properly to cross functional teams
Partner with Merchandising and supply chain teams to track production status, shipments schedules and delivery milestones
Anticipate and mitigate risks related to delays, cost fluctuations, or material availability maintaining the brands commitment to excellence and operational precision
Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Knowledge of garment manufacturing process and product development
Proven ability to quickly pivot and problem solve utilizing innovative solutions
Actively displays curiosity, a desire to learn and grow, and an innovative mind‑set
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience influencing cross‑functional and executive teams
Strong analytical and financial acumen with the ability to translate insights into clear strategic actions
Embodies the Cultural Focus Areas of the RL Brand
