The Sr. Director of Programmatic Partnerships drives revenue growth and unlocks new monetization opportunities across Warner Bros. Discovery’s programmatic ecosystem. The position focuses on developing and optimizing key programmatic and platform partnerships, supporting cross‑portfolio audience and identity strategies, and leveraging data‑driven insights to enhance programmatic revenue.
Responsibilities
Lead a team of Partner Managers to maximize monetization across the inventory footprint.
Develop and execute partner revenue strategies, unlocking programmatic delivery on legacy inventory endpoints and historically underutilized devices.
Evaluate partner performance, lead monthly meetings, and conduct Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Represent ad‑sales needs and strategic priorities in contract negotiations with platforms (e.g., Roku, Amazon, Samsung), tech partners (e.g., Freewheel, Magnite), and other third parties.
Monitor day‑to‑day partner performance and collaborate with Operations and Yield teams to implement optimizations in alignment with commercial terms.
Design and implement a partner strategy framework across platforms, programmatic channels, and distribution networks, ensuring seamless integrations and strategic priorities.
Align partner roadmaps with business needs and quarterly initiatives to optimize results.
Ensure proper execution of strategic distribution agreements, including performance goals, expectations management, and contract renewals/addendums.
Develop and maintain dashboards for inventory and revenue tracking for Sales Leadership, Operations, Yield, and Finance teams.
Collaborate with strategic Demand‑Side Platforms (DSPs) on demand facilitation and curation opportunities.
Create monthly partner readouts for leadership, detailing revenue pacing, project updates, and uplift from successful integrations.
Partner with revenue insights to evaluate sales pipelines, forecast capacity trends, and identify gaps or opportunities.
Qualifications & Experiences
8‑10 years of experience in the programmatic ecosystem.
Proven leadership ability with experience managing high‑performing teams.
Strong understanding of ad‑tech ecosystems, including SSPs, DSPs, and ad‑server technologies.
Exceptional analytical skills with experience leveraging data for revenue intelligence and yield optimization.
Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to represent business priorities in high‑stakes partnerships.
Ability to work cross‑functionally and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Compensation & Benefits Base pay range: $136,500.00 – $253,500.00 per year. Additional rewards may include annual bonuses, short‑ and long‑term incentives, and program‑specific awards. Warner Bros.
