Warehouse Manager

The Warehouse Manager is responsible for overseeing all operations related to storing, receiving, and distributing snacks, packaged goods, and beverages. This role ensures accurate inventory, maintains warehouse organization and cleanliness, and supervises warehouse staff to support efficient daily operations. Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Inventory & Distribution

Manages daily receiving, storing, and distribution of snacks, packaged items, and beverages. Maintains accurate inventory counts and ensures timely restocking to support demand. Ensures proper rotation of stock and monitors expiration dates on packaged products. Tracks product turnover and prevents overstock, outages, or waste. Warehouse Operations

Maintains cleanliness, organization, and safety standards within the warehouse. Ensures all warehouse supplies, racks, and equipment are in safe working condition. Oversees warehouse layout and structure to maximize space and improve workflow. Manages shipping/receiving processes and documentation. Staff Management

Supervises, trains, and schedules warehouse staff to ensure efficient daily operations. Adjusts staffing levels based on volume, deliveries, and operational needs. Oversees employee performance, work assignments, and adherence to policies. Manages overtime and labor planning. Quality, Service & Compliance

Ensures all products meet company standards for quality, freshness, and presentation. Maintains compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and housekeeping guidelines. Ensures the warehouse meets security standards for product control. Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse supervisory experience or related field. Experience in warehouse management or an equivalent background in snack distribution, retail warehouse operations, or other logistical support environments. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Strong communication skills and ability to write reports and correspondence. Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving history. Proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis. Benefits
