VP of Digital Brand The VP of Digital Brand will be responsible for developing and implementing digital strategies, overseeing digital campaigns, and ensuring timely and effective project delivery. This position will oversee the digital strategy in the areas of multi-platform video, social and emerging platforms, revenue and audience, and establish best‑in‑class content strategies on websites, apps and third party distribution. The VP of Digital Brand will guide the digital marketing team to excel in fan acquisition, social media strategy, content creation, and audience growth. As a specialist in effective paid media strategies, the VP of Digital Brand will drive significant revenue growth through digital channels.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Create comprehensive digital marketing plans that are aligned with business goals and encompass multiple digital channels, platforms, and target audiences.

Identify target audiences and customer personas by understanding customer needs, behaviours, and motivations to craft effective marketing strategies.

Select the most effective channels to reach target audiences, such as social media, email, or search engines.

Set measurable KPIs and objectives and establish clear, achievable goals to measure campaign success and ROI.

Build and lead a high‑performing digital marketing team that includes training and motivating team members to achieve exceptional results.

Define roles and responsibilities within the team by ensuring clear communication, collaboration, and task allocation.

Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities while fostering growth and skill development within the team.

Develop and manage annual digital marketing budgets by allocating resources effectively to maximise ROI and achieve business objectives.

Evaluate ROI of different marketing initiatives and continuously assess campaign performance to inform future budget allocation.

Negotiate contracts with vendors and agencies securing favourable terms and partnerships to support digital marketing initiatives.

Implement analytics and tracking systems to measure campaign performance, track KPIs, and inform data‑driven decisions.

Analyse key performance metrics across digital channels and identify areas of improvement and optimise campaigns for better ROI.

Remain up to date with industry trends and consumer behaviour to make informed marketing strategies.

Grow digital revenue across platforms, thinking strategically about core revenue to business and emerging revenue opportunities.

Collaborate with sales teams and sponsorships to identify digital‑first integrations and revenue opportunities.

Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, digital marketing / media or related field; master's degree preferred

10+ years of progressive experience in digital strategy

Experience transferring creative ideas into successful audience growth on social platforms

Big‑picture strategist, with the ability to seamlessly execute on vision

Proven ability to drive revenue streams and growth on each platform

Proven experience driving social media and content strategy within the voice of the brand

Strong video editorial and traditional digital background

Ability to lead teams to pivot quickly through the dynamic digital environment

Strong knowledge of SEO and algorithms

Strong understanding of social media measurement and how to tie results back to client and business goals

Excellent oral and written communication skills; excellent analytical and critical thinking skills

Demonstrated experience managing digital budgets, including the creation of strategic business plans

Self‑starter with the ability to conceptualise and execute to hit deadlines

Ability to multi‑task and manage multiple initiatives at once

Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

Strong sense of pop culture

Working Conditions Ability to work efficiently and effectively in office and arena environment that can be exciting, loud and distracting

This is an onsite role; flexibility to work a minority of time remotely

Ability to work extended hours including late nights, holidays, and weekends as needed

Ability to work prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

Ability to lift / carry / move up to 10lbs

Ability to work in cold / hot indoor and outdoor temperatures

Ability to use hands and fingers on office and mobile technology

Ability to listen and speak on phone, in meetings, and in one‑on‑one conversations

Ability to travel within the US and Canada for up to one‑week at a time, multiple times per year
