Sr. Product Specialist – QNXT Configuration (Remote)

About the role As a
Sr. Product Specialist , you will make an impact by configuring and maintaining QNXT systems to support provider contracts, benefits, and fee schedules. You will collaborate with stakeholders to design solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure compliance with Medicaid and Medicare requirements.
In this role, you will:
Analyze, design, and build QNXT configuration requirements for provider contracts, benefits, fee schedules, and service groups.
Configure QNXT for new implementations and maintain existing plans.
Conduct requirements discovery sessions with clients and clarify gaps.
Interpret paper contracts for reimbursement and troubleshooting, claim pending issues.
Create detailed technical design documents and perform unit testing.
Participate in system/integration testing and support user acceptance testing.
Resolve application defects, implement enhancements, and provide post-production support.

What you need to have to be considered
Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience configuring QNXT systems (benefits/contracts).
Ability to create and maintain provider contracts, benefits, service groups, fee tables, and policy administration.
Experience building solutions for Medicaid QNXT benefit configuration matrix.
Strong troubleshooting skills for claim pend issues and configuration validation.
Familiarity with Medicaid and Medicare programs.
These will help you stand out
Experience with QNXT configuration for multiple state implementations.
Ability to perform back‑end queries and validate configuration against claim processing.
Strong communication skills and ability to advise clients on configuration decisions.
Knowledge of QA, release management, and Agile methodologies.
Salary and Other Compensation Applicants will be accepted till 12/18/2025

The annual salary for this position will be in the range of $113K-$120K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
