Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

2 years of management consulting, investment banking, business strategy, or operations experience.

2 years with spreadsheet modeling (agreement structures, scenario forecasting, program tracking, market sizing, SQL).

2 years of presentation experience (content outline, slide creation, data visualization, and delivery to executive audiences).

Preferred Qualifications

2 years of management consulting, investment banking, or go‑to‑market strategy in media and consumer technology.

Experience managing projects across multiple functions with effective project management skills.

Understanding of the YouTube ecosystem, including viewers, creators, advertisers, and products.

Excellent problem‑solving, investigative, and business acumen.

Strong communication skills to synthesize user feedback into actionable insights for product development and to translate complex offerings for users.

Strategic thinking, attention to detail, and cross‑functional coordination skills.

About The Job The YouTube Business Product Activation Team brings products to market and market to products. The team partners with business and product leaders to scale adoption of YouTube products across the partner and creator ecosystem.

Core capabilities include designing go‑to‑market strategies, prioritizing activation opportunities, ensuring launch readiness, defining and driving product activation execution across segments, gathering partner and creator feedback to shape roadmaps, developing content strategy, collecting and synthesizing user feedback, and tracking performance.

Team focus areas include: Media & Connected TV, Music & Premium, Creator, Emerging Experiences & Community, Shopping, and Core & Responsibility.

Responsibilities

Drive hypothesis‑driven business strategy for YouTube products across users, partners, and creators.

Define and execute go‑to‑market plans, including communication documents, experiments, trusted tester programs, and quarterly forecasting.

Achieve operational excellence by setting and tracking OKRs, driving annual planning, and managing key programs.

Collaborate with global and regional Business and Product Management teams to deliver business outcomes and product adoption goals.

Lead cross‑functional projects under tight deadlines in a change‑oriented environment.
