About the Role A leader in the financial industry is hiring a
Account Manager
in
Newport Beach, CA
for a full time position, onsite 2 days a week.
Responsibilities & Qualifications
Salary range of $80,000-$100,000 per year with bonus potential.
Hybrid schedule with 2 days onsite and 3 days remote.
Professional development and learning resources.
Collaborative and driven work environment.
3–5 years in affiliate management, mortgage lead generation, or performance marketing.
Strong understanding of mortgage funnels, borrower qualification metrics, and lending products.
Knowledge of RESPA, TILA, Fair Lending, and compliant mortgage marketing requirements.
Experience with affiliate tracking platforms (Everflow, Impact, Tune, CJ, etc.) and CRM workflows.
Excellent relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills with an analytical mindset.
Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliate partners across publishers, aggregators, and comparison sites.
Manage and nurture relationships with affiliates while ensuring compliant, high-quality mortgage traffic.
Monitor affiliate performance, lead quality, payout structures, and conversion across borrower funnels.
Collaborate across marketing, compliance, and product on campaign approvals, disclosures, and creatives.
Analyze CPL, CPA, intent, pull-through, and funded-loan conversion to optimize campaigns and reporting.
