+ Whole Life Insurance / Critical Illness Insurance / Legal Assistance / Military Leave**Key Responsibilities:*** Develop Testing Frameworks: Designs and implements comprehensive testing methodologies to assess product performance and reliability.* Lead Testing Projects: Manages and coordinates testing initiatives, collaborating with cross functional teams to ensure timely execution.* Analyze Technical Problems: Evaluates complex issues by integrating multiple data sources to identify root causes and devise effective solutions.* Mentor Engineering Team: Provides guidance and support to junior engineers, promoting best practices in testing and quality assurance.* Collaborate with Stakeholders: Works with internal and external partners to define testing requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.**Key Skills:*** Test Automation: Proficient in designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.* Advanced Problem Solving: Expertise in diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues using innovative and analytical approaches.* Technical Expertise: In depth knowledge of various testing tools, methodologies, and technologies relevant to the engineering test domain.* Project Leadership: Skilled in leading testing projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.* Effective Communication: Excellent ability to convey complex technical information clearly and effectively to diverse stakeholders.* Best Practices Implementation: Knowledgeable in industry best practices for testing and quality assurance, ensuring processes are optimized and standardized.* Cross functional Collaboration: Adept at working collaboratively with multiple teams and departments to achieve project objectives and improve product quality.* Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical skills to evaluate testing data, identify trends, and make data driven decisions to enhance testing strategies.* Risk Management: Competent in identifying potential risks in testing processes and implementing mitigation strategies to ensure project success.* Mentoring and Coaching: Experienced in guiding and supporting less experienced team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.**Successful Candidates Typically Have:*** 4year Bachelors BS OR 10+ years equivalent experience* Experience in aerospace or similar lab testing, including environmental, structural, HALT/HASS, or vibration testing.* Proficiency in data acquisition, control systems, and HMI programming (e.g., LabVIEW, Veristand, MTS, GAP).* Background in automated test controls, mechanical test system design, and mechanical vibration theory/testing (electrodynamic shakers preferred).* Knowledge of electrical wiring, circuit schematic design, and hydraulics or fluid power systems.* Hands-on expertise with vibration testing and test system optimization.Application window is anticipated to close 30 days from original posting date.This information is provided in compliance with the Colorado Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and is the company’s good faith and reasonable estimate of the compensation range and benefits offered for this position.
