Our Senior Technical Account Managers are business and technical professionals who assist clients in managing critical communication processes. They possess a strong foundational understanding of Precisely’s software, the technologies, and infrastructure required to support Hosted Managed Services in a high‑availability model. The role builds effective relationships with clients and internal teams to deliver operational excellence and complex solutions in a demanding environment.

What you will do

Serve as the main point of contact between clients and all internal and external teams.

Support client service by understanding Precisely’s service offerings and managing daily client production activity.

Manage issue resolution, including troubleshooting, documenting, and escalating to internal teams to achieve prompt and complete resolution to client satisfaction.

Work with cross‑functional teams to implement service changes, developing use cases, conducting user acceptance testing, and validating production changes.

Proactively identify risks, communicate them to stakeholders, and assist with the implementation of mitigation strategies.

Contribute to the development and continual improvement of Client Services processes, seeking ways to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

You Have

8+ years of experience supporting business clients in Software Services, Financial Services, Marketing, or Quality Assurance.

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college, or 5 years of equivalent experience.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Highly detail‑oriented with strong decision‑making, time‑management, and the ability to handle multiple challenges and priorities with a sense of urgency.

Ability to identify key performance indicators from production metrics, evaluate existing business processes and workflows, and recommend improvement solutions aligned with client and organizational goals.

Results‑oriented, adaptable to a demanding schedule, and experienced managing a team or project with situational awareness.

Experience creating and documenting detailed requirements.

Proven teamwork with peers and partners, both internal and external, to provide highly responsive client service.

What we are looking for

Knowledge of SQL and database query writing.

Knowledge of HTML.

Knowledge of cloud‑based environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Acrobat, Photoshop, Illustrator).

Familiarity with Salesforce, JIRA, or other CRM systems.
