Workday HRIS Analyst
Our client is seeking a detail-driven Workday HRIS Analyst who excels at transforming complex employee data into clear, actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in cross-functional environments, balances accuracy with agility, and brings strong communication and problem-solving skills to every project. The successful candidate will enhance HR operations through dependable data stewardship, thoughtful analysis, and a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
This role is onsite in Boston, Massachusetts.

Workday HRIS Analyst Responsibilities
Maintain accurate employee and organizational data across HR systems, including Workday.
Conduct data audits, validate information, and uphold compliance and security standards.
Develop recurring and ad-hoc HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analyses.
Support process documentation, system enhancements, and testing of HR workflow updates.
Partner with HR, Finance, and cross-functional teams to provide reporting support and ensure consistent data flow.
Workday HRIS Analyst Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR, Business, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in HR data management, reporting, or HR operations.
Hands-on Workday expertise and strong Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, analysis).
Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and effective project coordination.
