We are seeking an
Associate Veterinarian
ready to grow professionally and potentially step into a leadership role. This is an excellent opportunity for those with
surgery experience
or a passion for
exotics , though new graduates with a desire to learn are welcome.
Ideal Candidate DVM/VMD or equivalent license eligible to practice in California. Passionate about small animal medicine and client care. Interested in surgical and exotic cases. Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to grow professionally. New graduates welcome; experienced veterinarians encouraged.
Our Hospital & Workflow Healthy work-life balance with flexible schedule and no on-call requirements. Advanced diagnostics: digital X-rays (full body & dental), in-house lab, high-resolution ultrasound. Surgical capabilities: soft tissue and dental surgeries. Excellent support staff, including 2 RVTs. Efficient workflow with 12–24 hour turnaround for outside lab results.
Mentorship & Professional Growth Structured orientation and mentorship program for new grads. Peer networking and support via Zoom roundtables and Slack discussions. Guidance from experienced veterinarians to build confidence and skills. Opportunities for leadership and career advancement.

Compensation & Benefits $170K–$200K salary + $50K sign-on bonus (DOE) for a 40-hour work week (4/10s).
