Ideal Candidate

Experience Required: 2–5 years (minimum 2 years) as a practicing dentist, with a strong foundation in comprehensive care.

Patient‑first mindset and strong chairside communication.

Clinical confidence with independent treatment planning.

Desire to grow toward ownership/leadership.
