Oral Surgeon
to join our
Arlington Heights, IL

Compensation Estimated annual compensation:
$500,000 – $1,000,000+
(per year).

Permanent next‑day restoration, delivered in 24 hours on‑site by skilled restorative doctors.
Titanium bar cross‑stabilization and digital workflow for improved prosthetic passivity.
No non‑compete or restrictive covenants.
Hands‑on complex case training provided (cadaver course, peer‑to‑peer case reviews, mentorship).
Education, Experience & Licensure
Graduation from a U.S. accredited four‑year dental school (DDS/DMD) required.
Post‑graduate of a U.S. surgical program with certificate to practice Oral Surgery.
Unrestricted, active dental license in the state of operation.
DEA registration.
Current ACLS and BLS certification.
Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance.
Experience with All‑on‑X procedure.
Roles & Responsibilities
Perform dental implant surgery, including tooth extraction and alveolectomy as necessary.
Work closely with restorative doctors to aid in treatment planning for optimal outcomes.
Examine, diagnose and provide comprehensive treatment plans to patients.
Work in accordance with center policies, OSHA, MSDS guidelines.
Maintain accurate clinical and treatment documentation.
What a Day Looks Like
Punctual arrival at the center for surgical prep.
Review patient histories, radiographs, and treatment plans.
Perform exceptional surgery in a collaborative team setting.
Dictate comprehensive notes.
Collaborate with the team on upcoming cases.
Feel good about changing people’s lives.
Work Schedule & Employment
Typical surgical hours: Monday–Thursday starting at 7am.
2 or more consecutive days a week, depending on need.
1099 contractor position.
Expectations for Success Success in this position is defined by delivering consistent, excellent clinical care and executing the proposed treatment plan. Communication between the Surgeon and Restorative Doctor is crucial for the success of our center.
