Chief of Staff
who can operate at the heart of it all. This is
NOT
a
“Chief of Staff in title only”
role. You’ll work side‑by‑side with the CEO and leadership team across: cross-border operations technical scale‑ups investor relations and capital raises legal and regulatory documentation supply chain and commercial execution It’s an opportunity to learn how a global company is built — and to contribute directly to building it. What You’ll Do
Serve as the CEO’s strategic and execution partner Coordinate high-priority cross‑functional initiatives (tech, HR, ops, finance, marketing) Engage with supply chain, technology, and project partners across global locations Own and drive key presentations (investor decks, board materials, internal strategy docs) Travel for due diligence, partnership development, project planning — from major metros to industrial sites Act as the connective tissue between the CEO and all departments, tracking priorities and ensuring delivery What We’re Looking For
Execution horsepower
– You follow through. You manage up. You don’t drop balls. Multi-lingual across functions
– You can speak to engineers, lawyers, traders, operators, banks and investors — and make sense to all of them. Comfort with chaos
– Things move fast. Priorities shift. You stay calm and deliver. Extreme attention to detail
– From formatting investor decks to reviewing legal docs — nothing escapes you. Global mindset
– You’ll work across time zones, cultures, and markets. You’ll travel. A lot. Tech‑ and AI‑savvy
– You use modern tools (Notion, Airtable, ChatGPT, etc.) to move faster and smarter. Wants to grow fast
– You want exposure to real deals, leadership, and decision-making — and are ready to earn it. The Reality
This role is intense. You’ll be working closely with a fast‑paced founder who expects speed, clarity, and accountability. If you need hand‑holding, structure, or 9–5 balance — this probably isn’t for you.
