The Program Manager provides administrative support, develops and implements programs and programmatic assessment, and provides financial operations support and transaction processing. This person coordinates communication with stakeholders and assists the Vice President of Student Affairs and the senior leadership team with program design, assessment, implementation, administrative support and scheduling for the Division of Student Affairs and the Office of the Vice President.
Work Interactions The Program Manager reports to the Associate Vice President and Chief of Staff for Student Affairs and works closely with members of the Vice President’s senior leadership team, and other colleagues managing communications, special events, and operations for the division on behalf of the Office of the Vice President. The role interacts with Directors of Student Affairs departments and other stakeholders across the university on behalf of the Office of the Vice President. The candidate is expected to use discretion and judgement reflective of the wide variety of emergent and confidential topics managed by the Office of the Vice President.
Requirements And Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree is required.
Academic coursework in relevant areas is preferred.
Administrative, data analysis, and event planning experience.
Strong organizational and communication skills are required.
Preferred Qualifications
An understanding of assessment strategies and practices.
Familiarity with university organizational structures and programs.
Financial and budget transaction management.
Work Mode Designation This position has been designated as

Pay Range $44,022.00 – $73,406.80
