Job Description L.E.K. Consulting is seeking a Coordinator to join the Strategy & Operations function. This role supports the growth, operations, and strategic priorities of the Pricing Service Line. You’ll report to the Director, Strategy & Operations – Industrials & Pricing and work closely with the Pricing Service Line leadership and the broader Strategy & Operations team. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders. It is well suited for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and is looking to gain exposure to sector strategy and operations in a top‑tier consulting firm.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Pricing Service Line leadership team to support development and tracking of strategic and operational plans for the Pricing Service Line Business Unit (BU)
Work closely with the broader Pricing Service Line team to assist with coordination of Pricing Service Line growth initiatives
Assist in the project management of BU initiatives such as capability building, go‑to‑market efforts, and service line development
Support the preparation of materials for BU planning, leadership meetings, and follow‑up
Support day‑to‑day operations critical to the effective functioning of the BU, including partnering with the Knowledge Management team to maintain and enhance the Community of Practice (CoP) site(s)
Coordinate and support the management of knowledge‑sharing initiatives to promote access to BU insights across the firm, including best‑in‑class client development materials in conjunction with Knowledge Management (KM)
Maintain communication infrastructure, including distribution lists and collaboration channels
Collaborate with the Marketing team to maintain and update Pricing‑related content on L.E.K.’s website
Contribute to performance reporting, resource tracking, and internal communications
Collaborate with the Knowledge Management (KM) and Data & Analytics (D&A) teams to help facilitate access to BU‑specific tools and IP
Liaise with other core services teams (e.g., Marketing, Growth, People, and Solutions) to support alignment on firmwide initiatives with Pricing
Contribute to coordination of cross‑functional activities that support BU visibility and firm positioning
Partner with the People team to develop and execute meaningful culture‑driving programs within BU, including team meetings, information sessions, etc.
Requirements
An undergraduate degree is required
A proactive mindset – we are seeking a team member who demonstrates initiative, anticipates needs, and consistently identifies opportunities to improve processes and outcomes beyond assigned responsibilities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize and present information clearly
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple priorities effectively
Basic understanding of business concepts and their practical applications
Familiarity with AI productivity tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot) and interest in applying them to improve day‑to‑day operations
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
Preference to have at least 1–3 years of experience in a corporate or professional services setting

In Illinois and Massachusetts, the base salary is between $50,000 - $58,000 (USD); placement within this range will vary based on experience and skill level. L.E.K. also offers a performance bonus, profit sharing and other benefits
