Senior Project Manager – Healthcare Construction position with GPAC, a 30+ year recruitment company, partnering with a leading general contractor specializing in healthcare and life science builds.
Base pay range : $135,000.00/yr – $175,000.00/yr.
Senior Project Manager Responsibilities
Oversee and manage all aspects of multiple construction projects from start to finish
Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, engineers, and clients
Monitor and report on project progress
Address any issues or challenges that may arise during the construction process
Senior Project Manager Essential Job Functions
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
10+ years of experience in project management in the commercial construction industry
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
