Experience:
10+ years of experience in Oracle EBS & 1 year mandatory implementation experience on Oracle Fusion Financials (MUST HAVE)
Minimum 1 year experience in Oracle Fusion Financials (On premise or on the cloud)
Minimum 8+ years of Implementation experience in Oracle Financial Modules
Experience implementing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, General Ledger, FAH and R12 features such as SLA
Domain experience in Finance and Accounting preferably in the Capital Market industry or another desirable industry
Knowledge of SOX and US GAP is a must
Good communication skills and ability to articulate solutions to stakeholders at various levels, including business users and clients
Responsible for gap analysis of functional flows, providing solution design, performing POCs, and demoing solutions for identified gaps using standard or customized solution sets
Strong understanding of the implementation lifecycle and experience serving as a lead consultant for the Finance suite
Ability to independently solve business requirements and recommend industry best practices
Capable of leading cross‑functional discussions to analyze requirements and brainstorm solutions
Good technical knowledge with a fair understanding of technical architecture is a plus and a must
