JR4847We are seeking a **Project Manager** with **10+ years of experience** managing **heavy industrial or aviation projects**. This is a leadership role responsible for delivering complex capital projects safely, on time, and within budget. The PM will oversee all phases—from planning through closeout—while maintaining strong client relationships and ensuring compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.**Key Responsibilities****Project Leadership & Delivery*** Lead all aspects of project execution: scope, schedule, budget, quality, and safety.* Develop and maintain **baseline schedules** (CPM) and cost forecasts; monitor progress and implement recovery plans.* Direct and mentor project teams, including Assistant PMs, engineers, and field staff.* Drive procurement, subcontractor buyouts, and contract administration.**Stakeholder & Client Management*** Serve as primary client interface; provide **clear, actionable updates** and decision-ready information.* Facilitate coordination with airport authorities, industrial plant owners, and regulatory agencies.* Lead progress meetings, risk reviews, and executive briefings.**Controls & Reporting*** Oversee **project controls**: schedule updates, earned value analysis, and monthly dashboards.* Ensure timely and accurate **field reporting** (daily logs, photos, manpower, critical issues).* Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and claims resolution.**Quality, Safety & Compliance*** Champion safety culture; enforce OSHA and site-specific requirements.* Ensure QA/QC compliance and adherence to design standards.* Coordinate inspections and commissioning activities.**Required Qualifications*** **10+ years** of progressive experience in **construction management** on **heavy industrial or aviation projects**.* Proven track record delivering projects **$50M+** in value under GMP or CM-at-Risk delivery.* Expertise in **schedule development (Primavera P6/MS Project)** and cost control.* Strong knowledge of **contracts, risk management, and change control**.* Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.**Preferred**Compensation Range:$112,253.66 - $149,671.54STV offers the following benefits • Health insurance, including an option with a Health Savings Account • Dental insurance • Vision insurance • Flexible Spending Accounts (Healthcare, Dependent Care and Transit and Parking where applicable) • Disability insurance • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment • 401(k) Plan • Retirement Counseling • Employee Assistance Program • Paid Time Off (16 days) • Paid Holidays (8 days) • Back-Up Dependent Care (up to 10 days per year) • Parental Leave (up to 80 hours) • Continuing Education Program • Professional Licensure and Society MembershipsSTV is committed to paying all of its employees in a fair, equitable, and transparent manner.
