Drives, supports, and models a culture focused on quality, patient safety, fiscal responsibility, and the overall patient experience. Participates in strategic planning that supports the organization's mission, vision, and goals. Drives high-quality patient care and cost-effective patient care while overseeing nursing staff.

Essential Functions:

-Directs all nursing service activities.

-Collaborates with other disciplines to implement programs, policies, and procedures that assess, meet, and evaluate the patient care needs of the patient population served.

-Ensures the flow of information and decision-making is bidirectional and horizontal among professional nurses at the bedside, the leadership team, and the CNO.
