Compensation: US base salary range of $178,000 - $265,000, plus bonus, equity, and benefits. Salary range may vary by role level, location, and individual qualifications.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
8 years of product design or UX experience.
Experience designing across multiple platforms, collaborating with technical and design teams to create user flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Portfolio or relevant link to work included in resume.
Preferred Qualifications
3+ years of experience working with executive leaders.
Experience designing for AI‑powered systems, automation, or agentic technologies to build user trust.
Experience setting ideas and strategy for enterprise or B2B platforms, including AI/automation and trust‑building design issues.
Responsibilities
Influence stakeholders across functions to gain support for design strategies.
Drive the development of design solutions that address user, product, and business problems.
Lead a holistic design process, including design systems or design languages across teams or products.
Develop design solutions based on user insights, business needs, and industry trends that advance business outcomes.
Provide direction to UX designers in creating design concepts for product ideation or user research/testing.
