Collaborate across functions to identify opportunities, define requirements, and implement scalable solutions. Lead a team in delivering cross-functional projects that align with enterprise goals.**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities*** Translate commercial strategy into structured, scalable business requirements.* Coordinate with IT, Product, and PMO to sequence initiatives and ensure execution readiness.* Identify and eliminate inefficiencies across core commercial functions and workflows.* Lead discovery sessions and document current and future state processes.* Shape technology roadmap requirements and support backlog prioritization.* Track initiative performance and contribute to value realization reporting.* Refine solutions post-launch based on stakeholder feedback and adoption metrics.* Build strong cross-functional relationships to align on priorities and drive execution.**Nature and Scope*** Solutions require analysis and investigation.* Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience. May recommend/make decisions regarding new programs/initiatives that have significant impact to the business and carry consequences in unsuccessful endeavors.* Manages a larger team or multiple small teams through direction of subordinate management and/or supervisory staff.**Work Environment*** Located in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be infrequent and not objectionable.* Most of the time is spent sitting in the same position or standing/walking and/or there is some requirement to lift or handle material or equipment of moderate weight (8-20 pounds).* Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time.**Education and Experience*** Typically requires BS/BA in a related discipline. Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field. May require certification.
