Our client is seeking a PC Support Specialist to join their team. As a PC Support Specialist, you will be part of the IT Department supporting corporate and operational teams, including executive-level users. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, customer focus, and a solutions‑driven mindset.

Contract

6‑Month Contract (Potential to Convert) – W2 Only, No C2C.

Responsibilities

Provide hands‑on technical support for end users, including C‑level and executive staff, ensuring timely and professional resolution of IT issues.

Manage, maintain and support endpoint devices through Microsoft Intune, including device provisioning, compliance and policy management.

Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Work within ServiceNow (or similar ticketing systems) to manage incidents, requests, and tasks while meeting defined SLAs.

Collaborate with IT teams to support ongoing infrastructure projects, technology rollouts, and system upgrades.

Qualifications

3–7 years of experience in IT support or desktop engineering roles.

Proven experience supporting senior leadership or executive‑level personnel.

Hands‑on experience managing and supporting Microsoft Intune environments.

Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 administration and end‑user support.

Familiarity with ServiceNow or similar ITSM platforms preferred.
