We’re looking for people who are determined to make life better for people around the world.The Medical Science Liaison is a highly knowledgeable scientific person who is primarily responsible for answering the scientific and clinical needs of Scientific Experts (SE) and Clinical Expert (CE). He/She will be placed in a dynamic and motivating environment dedicated to the launch of new products and in a path of professional career. The Medical Science Liaison is a field-based role.

**Key Responsibilities**:* Identification of SEs/CEs and development of relationship with them* Provide deep and advanced disease state and product expertise to SE/CE* Engage in continuous learning within their therapy area, through literature search, participation in scientific congresses etc.* Communication of scientific intelligence and clinical insights* Respond to unsolicited request, also at congresses* Participation in consultant meetings* Drive digital innovation in engaging customers**Basic Qualifications*** Master or PHD is required* English proficiency (written and oral): C1**Additional Skills/Preferences*** Passion for science, results, and high standards* Great and demonstrable learning agility* Business acumen (starting from scientific information)* Proactive – takes independent action and responds quickly* Enthusiasm for a variety of digital technologies with the ability to assimilate complex information and systems* Confidence and willingness* Ask questions, understand, and translate into suggestions/ new solutions* Demonstrable ability to operate in a compliant way* Brilliant and demonstrable presentation skills* Ability to effectively communicate scientific data into meaningful, clear, and compliant content* Ability to manage a complex environment and prioritize different projects at the same time* **Previous experience in Diabetes/Obesity Therapeutic Area is a plus****Additional Information*** Territory: Lombardia e Trentino Alto Adige* Requested place of living: Milan* Travel Percentage >75%Lilly is dedicated to helping individuals with disabilities to actively engage in the workforce, ensuring equal opportunities when vying for positions.
