Represent clients in substantive commercial real estate equity transactions, including joint ventures, acquisitions, and dispositions

Advise lenders and borrowers on a broad range of real estate financing transactions

Required Qualifications

3-6 years of real estate transactions experience, including joint ventures, fund formations, infrastructure/privatizations, secured financings and/or acquisitions/dispositions

Excellent drafting and negotiating skills

Strong academic credentials

Location Chicago, IL

Compensation The anticipated salary range for this position is $260,000 – $495,000.
