Summary of Duties

Coordinate manpower and resources.

Serve as PM’s delegate in daily operations and internal liaison.

Serve as PM in the PM’s absence or when the position is temporarily vacant.

Manage and oversee the administrative and daily operations of the program.

Serve as overall program lead and principal liaison between the Government and the Contractor.

Attend regular meetings with Government customers to discuss workload, contract performance, and emergent issues.

Assure quality control implementation.

Produce required contractual and programmatic reports and briefs.

Implement and exercise quality-control measures over Contractor staff to deliver services and products on budget and schedule per SOW requirements.

Be responsible for overall project personnel, delivery of reports, and other deliverables.

Review and remediate work discrepancies.

Supervise Contractor personnel, communicate policies and organizational goals.

Ensure all incoming contractors are adequately trained for contract positions.

Be responsible for contract performance.

Track all incoming Contractor personnel and provide weekly reports to Government customers of status and processing issues.

Minimum Education Required • Bachelors.

Additional Qualifications/Responsibilities Experience and Skills.

Required Qualifications

Must have a current TS/SCI and be willing to take a counterintelligence (CI) polygraph examination at the Government’s discretion.

A Bachelor’s degree in any field of study.

Minimum of eight (8) years federal, state, local or military law enforcement experience OR ten (10) or more years of experience managing tasks and supervising people, including experience in human resources and personnel security.

At least five (5) years of experience directly related to managing or performing responsibilities related to personnel security/background investigations.

Experience with EO 12960 and 12968, SEAD 4 and SEAD 7.

Experience as a functional practitioner of Continuous Vetting and Trusted Workforce 2.0 or programs similar in scope and scale.

Preferred Experience

Prior security program management experience.

Prior experience managing all aspects of a full-scope BI program.

Working Conditions

Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.

Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist and reach.

Able to sit, stand, walk, run.

Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
