Job Description
The Brand Representative is genuinely engaged and provides great customer service by anticipating and responding to customer needs. Outgoing, stylish, and helpful, they maintain an approachable and warm presence, initiate conversations, communicate in a genuine and articulate way, and prioritize customers. They demonstrate relatable, confident and highly social behaviours on the sales floor that translate into closing the sale.
