Job Title: Sr Manager, RWE Analytics
Location: Plainsboro, NJ Hybrid: 3 days onsite, 2 days work from home Work Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:30 AM–5:30 PM (45 hours/week) Job Summary
The Senior Scientist, Health Economic Resources (Sr Manager, RWE Analytics) will support the design, execution, and communication of real‑world evidence studies using claims, EHR, registry, and linked data sources. This role provides hands‑on analytics, AI/ML support, and contributes to evidence for clinical development, market access, safety, and regulatory objectives. Responsibilities
Support observational study design, execution, and communication. Conduct hands‑on RWE analytics using claims, EHR, registries, and emerging RWD. Perform feasibility assessments of new data modalities (SDOH, genomics, biomarkers, clinical notes). Develop analytic data files, table shells, QC, programming, and statistical outputs. Lead or support AI/ML pilots and scale analytic frameworks. Partner cross-functionally with development, commercial, market access, medical affairs, safety, and legal. Draft analysis reports, manuscripts, and conference presentations. Manage external research partners/vendors. Required Qualifications
PhD or Master’s in Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, or related field. 3+ years’ real‑world evidence and epidemiology analytics experience. Experience with claims, EHR, hospital billing, SEER, and linked datasets. Strong understanding of epidemiologic/statistical concepts (bias, confounding, incidence, regression, survival analysis, causal inference). Proficiency with SAS, R, Python; AI/ML experience preferred. Oncology experience preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
