The Corporate & Global Functions FP&A Leader is responsible for overseeing financial planning, forecasting, performance management, and investment governance for all Corporate & Global Functions—including HR, IT, Legal, Finance, Procurement, and other enabling teams. This role ensures that enterprise functions are appropriately funded, cost-effective, and aligned to strategic priorities.The leader will manage the functional budgeting process, drive analytical rigor, provide insights to executive stakeholders, and steward enterprise resources to maximize ROI. This role requires strong business partnership, analytical excellence, and the ability to influence senior leaders across a matrixed global organization. **Key Responsibilities** **1. Lead Planning, Budgeting & Forecasting for Corporate & Global Functions** **Qualifications & Experience** 10–15+ years of progressive FP&A or Corporate Finance experience, including functional finance partnering. Experience supporting enabling functions (HR, IT, Legal, etc.) and managing budgets across multiple functions. Exceptional analytical, modeling, and financial storytelling skills. Experience in matrixed and global organizations. Strong influencing skills and executive presence.
