within the last 12 months Position Overview

BILH is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN to support evening shift staffing needs. Nurses must have strong ED experience, be comfortable with telemetry interpretation, and be prepared for

Day One pass/fail competency testing

. This is a high-acuity environment requiring strong clinical judgment and rapid assessment skills. Day One Testing Requirements (Pass/Fail)

Administered at orientation: ECG/Telemetry Exam Medication Competency Exam Requirements: Must pass

both tests on Day One One attempt only

– no remediation or retakes Experience Requirements

Minimum

2+ years recent Emergency Department experience Must hold

valid Massachusetts RN license at time of submission Must pass telemetry testing and demonstrate strong ECG interpretation skills Must meet BILH compliance expectations and onboarding timelines Certifications Required

BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) PALS or ENPC

(preferred but accepted as equivalent) TNCC Submission Requirements

MA RN license

active at submission Candidate availability for interview All RTO submitted
