The Senior Manager, Client Success will report to the Client Success Senior Director and collaborate closely with client leadership to ensure high satisfaction and successful results. Candidates should have at least 7 years of experience in project management, client relationships, and data analytics. Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, interpreting data insights, and effectively communicating with clients. The role also requires teamwork, strong communication skills, and industry knowledge. Responsibilities
Project Delivery:
Manage projects, ensure quality, create compelling stories from data, and guide clients through Gain Theory Interactive platform. Financial Management:
Drive client growth, understand value and profitability, and support new business efforts. Client Management:
Manage scope, satisfaction, stakeholder relationships, and mitigate risks. Thought Leadership:
Maintain industry knowledge, understand Gain Theory solutions, and seek growth opportunities. Team & Values:
Embody company values, mentor team members, and promote team satisfaction and learning. Qualifications
Minimum 7 years in project/client management and data analytics. Deep understanding of marketing effectiveness industry and excellent communication skills. Additional Details
