Industry Principal SAP ISU Functional Architect Infosys is seeking an Industry Principal SAP ISU Functional Architect. As an Industry Principal Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluate solution options, and make recommendations. You will plan activities of configuration, configure the product as per the design, conduct conference room pilots, and assist in resolving queries related to requirements and solution design. You will conduct solution/product demonstrations, POC/Proof of Technology workshops, and prepare effort estimates that suit the customer budgetary requirements and align with the organization’s financial guidelines. You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value‑adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Base Pay Range $121,342.00/yr - $146,227.00/yr

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 13 years of experience with information technology.

Location: Irwindale, CA. This position may require travel to project/client locations.

Preferred Qualifications

At least 13 years of experience in SAP CR&B implementation programs in at least one of the modules of ISU Billing/ISU Device Management and ISU FICA and IDEX.

Experience across Electricity (preferred), or Gas or Water Utilities industries, North America.

Experience of at least 1-2 end‑to‑end lifecycle implementation activities including:

Requirement gathering

Business process design

SAP configuration

RICEFW functional design

Systems and integration testing

Resolving production issues

The candidate should possess strong knowledge of ISU Billing Process and should have expertise in key process and architectural knowledge in various ISU Billing areas as well as ISU FICA or Device Management and ISU IDEX.

Experience in BRF+ and Dunning by collection strategy and should be able to recommend solution options.

Integration with Device Management, Finance & SD module, and fundamental knowledge of other key ISU processes.

Experience in business functions such as meter reading, meter data management, scheduling, billing & billing rates design, invoicing, accounting, customer service, and integration.

Setup/Involve on the main & sub transaction and should have prior experience in analyzing issues in the Billing & Invoicing process.

Strong client‑facing experience, great communication and presentation skills.

Strong analytical skills with ability to work in advanced Excel‑based data analysis of SAP ISU data.

Ability to work with offshore teams and coordinate work delivery between onsite and offshore.

Flexible work timings required due to remote working environment including offshore overlaps twice a day.

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email, or face‑to‑face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
