LHH is currently recruiting a UI/UX Designer for a permanent opportunity with our client in Dallas, TX. The role is fully onsite at the client’s office.
Responsibilities
Design and optimize user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including product managers, developers, and other designers—to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience.
Conduct user research, analyze feedback, and translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and final designs.
Create user flows, storyboards, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
Maintain consistency in visual elements and branding across all digital platforms.
Stay up‑to‑date with the latest UI/UX best practices, trends, and technologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human‑Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in UI/UX design.
Proficiency with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
Strong understanding of usability principles, accessibility standards, and responsive design.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work fully onsite at our client’s office in the Dallas area.
