Responsibilities:
Anticipate, prepare for, and attend trials, mediation, and arbitration on behalf of clients Stay updated on changing applicable laws and statutes on the local, state, and federal levels Supervise and mentor lower level attorneys in proper conflict resolution techniques Complete legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, and briefs Argue motions in court on behalf of clients during legal proceedings Must
have experience in family law Must
have litigation experience If you don't need hand-holding and know what needs to be done at each step of your case,
