As a member of the Organizations and People Technology team, you will join a talented group of professionals that help clients in a number of areas, including the development of HR technical strategies, the selection and management of HR information systems/software, and the assessment of business models. You may also manage payroll preparation, processing and administration to improve and reduce operational costs and risks. Your Key Responsibilities
You will be a key resource on large‑scale system‑related projects, deliver quality client service, provide insightful solutions and balance multiple priorities. Demonstrate technical competence and take a practical/business‑driven approach to solving complex client challenges Contribute to generating profitable revenue through identifying follow‑on engagement opportunities and developing lasting relationships with clients Encourage and facilitate collaboration amongst team members, and promote an inclusive working environment Contribute to business development and client pursuit activities by preparing proposals and delivering presentations To qualify for the role you must have
Relevant professional experience, including previous work with a Big 4, global management consultancy firm, niche consultancy or performed an in‑house role in which you gained exposure to a large‑scale project(s) 3‑4 years of prior experience Personal success in current job with experience in one or more of our capabilities Willingness to travel as needed, and comfortable working in a hybrid environment with an average of three (3) days per week at a client site or within an EY office Bachelor’s degree and relevant post‑graduate qualification Ideally, you’ll also have
Project management experience with global or multi‑national payroll projects Global payroll consulting experience, knowledge of technology vendors such as ADP, PeopleSoft/Oracle, SAP, Workday, and other technology solutions including reports, strategies, assessments, vendor selections, designing processes considering risk and implementing solutions worldwide Large‑scale project management experience Strong numbers acumen, including analytical abilities and knowledge of Excel, Word and PowerPoint What We Offer You
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package. The base salary range for this position in all geographic locations in the US is $100,600 to $165,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $120,800 to $188,600. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team‑led and leader‑enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client‑serving roles to work together in person 40‑60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well‑being.
