Partnered with an award‑winning, multi‑disciplined firm offering services to public and private sector clients, we are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer.

Responsibilities

Support existing transportation projects and serve as a project manager on upcoming projects.

Act as the designated client contact.

Participate in project interviews, attend client meetings, and deliver public presentations.

Design bridges, retaining walls, overhead sign structures, and other miscellaneous structures.

Perform structural design of steel, prestressed concrete, and cast‑in‑place concrete bridges.

Develop preliminary and final bridge plans.

Assist in business development, client relations, and team development.

Required Experience

8+ years of bridge and transportation structures design experience.

Knowledge of AASHTO LRFD and MnDOT policies and procedures.

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.

Licensed Professional Engineer (PE).

Strong working knowledge of structural analysis software (CSiBridge, LARSA 4D, MIDAS, STAAD, Bentley OpenBridge Designer) and Bentley OpenRoads CAD software.
