Landscape Construction Supervisor (Full Time)
Join BrightView Landscapes as a Landscape Construction Supervisor. In this full‑time role you will lead a crew to deliver high‑quality landscape projects.
Responsibilities
Attain efficiency and client standards.
Conduct site inspections, provide hands‑on leadership, and guide crew on soil, planting, watering, and insect control.
Drive and maintain company vehicles, train personnel with a safety emphasis, handle crew schedules, and review charts and reports.
Qualifications
2+ years of landscape installation experience.
Minimum 1 year managing a crew of 2 or more.
At least one year of lawn care and landscaping experience; supervisory experience desired.
Driver’s license with a clean record.
Ability to handle the physical demands of the work: weather conditions, heavy lifting (30‑80 lbs), and extensive walking.
CDL license (preferred).
Reliable transportation.
Experience operating equipment such as skid steer, excavator, backhoe, etc.
Ability to read architectural drawings.
Strong leadership and teamwork abilities.
