Responsibilities
Manage and oversee all aspects of business operations to maximize sales and profitability.
Oversee and delegate all store activities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Lead, train, and develop store associates to foster a culture of growth.
Provide customers with a positive and enjoyable shopping experience.

Build strong relationships with the community through outreach and partnerships.

Skills and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members (required).
Excellent communication skills (required).
Retail management experience (preferred).
Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height (required).
Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
